The Johnsville II is a very popular, yet affordable ranch - ideal for the growing family that prefers a log home over a stick-built at about the same price. Features include the spacious open-concept great room with exposed beams; master bedroom with oversized master bath; family room off the kitchen; and convenient first floor laundry. The roof system utilizes flat and scissor trusses (not included) with white pine tongue-and-groove ceilings. Outside, a 16' front porch with exposed beams greets the visitor. The optional basement offers additional living space and storage. If a basement is not needed, the stairs are removed and the great room becomes 3' wider.

1480 sq. ft. 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths A full set of blueprints of this plan are available. The deluxe shell package includes 8x6 D logs* logs on all exterior walls, siding for gables and sill cover, tongue-and-groove for all ceilings; posts and beams and tongue-and-groove for porch system; and all caulk, gasket, and fasteners.
